I, for one, am glad that Europeans tried to Christianize Korea. Not for the spread of the religian but because they set up orphanages. Jomamma came from one such orphanage and gave her adoptave family such joy. It would not have happened without them. While it was so long ago, I still remember the year we had Christmas in February.
