Unicorn Story of Happiness

Great talk about perspectives and happiness.  And yes, there is a unicorn in the story. 

 If you don't have 12 minutes to listen to Shawn Achor talk 60 mph, here is the part I got the most out of:

5 habits that help increase happiness:
  1. 3 gratitudes per day
  2. Journaling
  3. Exercise
  4. Meditation
  5. Random acts of kindness
I am doing the first 3 weekly.  Still need to work on 4 and 5.
